RETURN POLICY
Twenty Two Collective accepts returns within 20 days from date of purchase. Please email shop22collective@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Returns cannot be processed through any form of social media.
All items must be unworn and unwashed, free of any perfumes. All original tags must be attached. Once your return items is received back, you will receive a store credit, excluding the shipping fee.
To access your store credit, you must create a customer profile on our website.
ANY ITEM PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Returns take 5-7 business days to process. If you do not receive your gift card within 7 business days, please contact us at shop22collective@gmail.com.
Items NOT eligible for return: Bodysuits, leggings, holiday items, jewelry, hats and any items purchased using a discount code.
